Better luck next year

The Boise State women's basketball team lost its second round game of the Women's NIT on Sunday to mercifully end the basketball season for the Western Athletic Conference. The WAC's postseason record finished at 1-6 between the men's and women postseason tournaments, 0-3 on the men's side and 1-3 in women's hoops. Next year should be better in both men's and women's leagues.

A down year for the WAC, the most talented team in the WAC and, home court advantage and still, the Aggies could.

It' got to be the coaching.

Kudos to the Aggie women and coach Spence.
Talk about pressure, win or go find a job! Good job ladies!

Too bad the WAC and the NMSU administration wouldn't or couldn't flex their muscle and get the NMSU women's team in the WNIT. Boy did they get hosed! We are proud of our Lady Aggies and the coaches. Tell me, why is it taking so long for us to lock Coach Spence up on a long term contract? It would be nice if this place would show they support our positive women's teams.

Lady Ags were the best thing going this year. Sad statement considering the talent we had on the guys side.
