Jason- why no exhibition games this year? Big Al

Don't like that they keep playing the Lobo home game during the Christmas break. They could have reversed the schedule and play here in early December.

Utah Valley should be a big game as well.

BTW, Jason, what happened to your colleague Teddy Feinberg? He seems to have dropped out of sight?

Looks like a great line-up of teams. Wichita St, UNM, St Marys and Baylor give us some RPI potential busters (pred 3-2). CSU, UTEP and Wyoming will be very good games as well (pred 3-1). I would have preferred the Wichita and St. Marys games a little deeper in the sched to give our new guys a chance to jell, but maybe we'll catch them a little raw as well. Be great to finish reg season 25-6, with the early challenging wins being critical to our RPI.

Solid non-conf schedule. NMSU wants to be in the MWC so I think it's a good idea to schedule those schools as much as possible. I'd like to see the Ags get a home and home with SDSU in the near future. Oral Roberts is a good road test as well as Wichita State obviously. Baylor seems to be the toughest road opponent but not as tough as an Arizona or Gonzaga.

Looking forward to it.

I'm going to be bold and predict 25-6. First two are tough, but if the Aggies are healthy and ready early, they can beat St Mary's on their floor. Split the rival games, loose at Baylor and drop two conference games. Win the WAC Tourney as the 1 seed and get an automatic bid in the Big Dance as a 9 seed! Hey, gotta be optimistic, right!
GOOO AGGIES!

Teddy has taken a job as the assistant sports editor at a paper in York Pennsylvania.

As far as no exhibition game, I would say they have opted for scrimmages rather than the exhibition game, but right now I'm not sure who that will be against or the location.

@AggiePhantom,

we switch every year with UNM. Last year we played in Las Cruces while the students were still in school.
