NMSU women's schedule

I spoke with Aggies women's coach Darin Spence on Saturday about their upcoming schedule.

The Aggies schedule has 16 home games after playing 18 home games last year.

"After last season, we have found that it's getting harder to schedule. Nobody wants to play us and we can't buy games with the entire SWAC," Spence said.

The Aggies open the season in mid-November with road games at North Dakota State and North Dakota and then play at UTEP. Their other non-conference games are at UNM, Michigan and Arizona in the first leg of a home and home.

Home games include Utah, Houston, UNM, UTEP and the Thanksgiving Classic with Northern Iowa, Louisiana Monroe and Alcorn.
