Thanks for playing Fresno State

Well I thought perhaps the Aggies had a good shot at Utah State on Saturday, but Fresno State put up absolutely no resistance. Utah State won 76-39. Really? I think if any coaching changes occur, maybe at Fresno?

At any rate, I assume the Utah State regulars got some rest since they were only up 40-14 at halftime. It would have been tough for the Aggies to go there anyway, but that was Utah State's last game before Saturday and the Aggies obviously have another tough one at Nevada.

Are you suggesting the Aggies have no shot, since Fresno crapped the bed?

WOW, what a disgrace! The coach should quit because it's obvious his team did.

Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ, we lost to those guys? Man that is the type of score that you only see in NCAA March Madness, hopefully Utah St. cools off before we get there.

Aggies have no one to blame but themselves for having to play catchup to Utah State. The last two conference losses were ridiculous.

The Aggies need to win at Nevada for tournament seeding sake. That will most likely put them up against LaTech, which I think is a better matchup than playing against Nevada at home in the semis.

We'll see Thursday night which team shows up to play. On Saturday, expect the Aggies to do well in the first half and then tire in the second. What happens then depends on how well Menzies can rest his starters during that game.

Though I'm respectful of the home court advantage the Pack has, at this point I think we should beat them regardless of location. They are 2 players deep, and dog tired.

LaTech's situation depends entirely on Kyle Gibson's ankle. I don't like our chances a third time if they're at full strength, but without KGib, we should beat them.

Just because Fresno couldn't compete with USU doesn't mean the Aggies wont be able to. Utah st is a good team with a great coach and a great home court but they're not NEARLY as talented as NMSU and they're not as good as the Lobos or the Miners. Fresno was beat before they got to Logan. That game has nothing to do with this Saturday. But we have to beat RENO first.

USU fans are saying the Fresno team quit on Coach Cleveland and by the score it is obvious that they did because if you have ever seen George, Seay or Shepp play they are much better than this. You could possibly argue that talent-wise they are one of the better teams in conference. Rumor was there were 8 NBA scouts at the game to watch mostly Fresno players.
