Kerry Rupp boots Cooper

Louisiana Tech lost part of its one-two punch in the paint. By lost, I mean Kerry Rupp said enough. He's serious about building a program there and looks like it's paying off because they played Nevada and Utah State tough.

Thanks, JG- Which leads us to tomorrow's game versus Idaho. I'd love to see JY getting his 17 pts in about 33 mins of play, meaning he has to get to the FT line. While he's resting, you cycle Gordo, Lumpkins and even TG through that wing position for short bursts where they crash the boards on both ends. When he's in the gam, JY has transition defensive assignments on offense so he can't follow his shots or go for rebounds. Let those other guys do that and they might grab a few more boards? A fresher JY might hit that scoring average more consistently, plus he can get more people involved.
