Terrance Joyner

Terrance Joyner is running through the layup line so he was officially cleared today so we will see how much time he gets but he certainly adds some much needed depth both in practice and at the point guard position.

Also on this blog entry, would you all be interested in halftime updates of all games on the blog? I don't know how much readers would check the blog when you can watch online. Let me know.

Finally, Jahmar Young made his singing debut on the jumbotron, singing christmas carols so keep an eye out for that next time you come to the Pan Am

Jason, I didn't know that you would be doing an in game blog. I would be interested in keeping up with it since I cant make it to every game. I will keep an eye for it during upcoming games.

I was concerned about if Terrance Joyner in the lineup would affect the chemistry the team is starting to achieve. However, I saw how Terrance blended in and I think it actually helped. LaRoche has been doing a good job so far this year. And it seemed like Terrance actually pushed Hernst to do even better. Now when Hernst needs to rest, Terrance can come in and we dont have to use one of our shooting guards to do the point.

JG, is there any word whether Abdoulaye N'Doye will enroll at NMSU in January?

Anon, My understanding with N'Doye was that they hoped to have him in Las Cruces for the second semester, but that's not looking like it will happen. Menzies said it's more realistic to have him in June because his family can't afford to have him move here while he goes through the NCAA Clearinghouse process, which tells me he hasn't been cleared yet. It's too bad, because I believe Menzies wanted him to be able to practice with the team for the second part of the year which would have helped his development and the development of the current Aggie big men in practice
