The Aggies are looking into an exempt tournament in Springfield. It sounds like a similar deal to the tournament they played in a couple years ago where they get a couple of smaller schools to come to the Pan Am, and then the headline schools are NMSU, USC, Bradley and UMass.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know why NMSU doesn't hold exempt tourneys, or any tourneys, in Las Cruces? Funding?
Thanks.
Those are always a good deal. You get a few home games, and a good test early in the season to show areas that need work prior to WAC season starting.
Lol. Because no one goes to the regular games, let alone tourneys.
I saw on the Aggie women's hoops facebook page that their schedule is about done; 16 home games; UNM, UTEP, Utah, Houston, CS Northridge, WNMU, Thanksgiving Classic w/: Northern Iowa, Alcorn State, La Monroe. Road games @ Michigan, North Dakota State, North Dakota, UNM, UTEP and Arizona. Another solid schedule for the team. Any word on that? Go Aggies.
so how many games did menzies and boston schedule against; texas southern, prairie view a&m, arkansas pine bluff, alcorn state, southern, grambling, new jersey school of technology, coast guard, etc.....?
and they want us all to run out and buy season tickets to watch that mess, played by a bunch of poor students most with arrest records. go BOSTON!!
